I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. The hotel facilities were impressive - there was a fantastic spa with a spacious pool, a wide variety of large saunas, and a great outdoor hot pool. The hotel was also located in a nice park and had a convenient shuttlebus for transportation to and from the ski area. The breakfast provided was complete and offered all necessary food items for adults and kids.

Great location and friendly staff who were welcoming. Enjoyed the free prosecco on arrival and breakfast was tasty with a variety of choice. the onsite spa was definitely a highlight, with excellent treatments on offer and a serene atmosphere to relax in.

The rooms were outdated and not what we expected from the pictures online. Our double bed had separate mattresses with a big gap in the middle, which was not comfortable.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel are outstanding, from the pristine swimming pool to the lavish restaurant and bar areas. the friendly staff are always on hand to help with any needs, making us feel right at home. the location advantages are unbeatable, with only a short drive to the stunning ski area.

Although the hotel's water bottles are provided in the room, the mineral taste may not be to everyone's liking. Despite this minor issue, the spacious rooms and private facilities are exclusive and truly impressive.

The Christmas decorations were lovely and created a festive atmosphere. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any request. The spa and pool facilities were relaxing and spacious, and the outdoor hot tub was a highlight of our stay.

The room we stayed in was outdated and in need of renovation. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too fluffy, causing us both to have a restless sleep.

This hotel is a great spot for a unique and enjoyable experience. Located in the tunnels connecting the areas is freezing cold but it ensures you can travel to the town centre or ski area in no time. the views from the Rotonde restaurant are astonishing. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and vintage styled. the staff is attentive, welcoming, and friendly. Breakfast is delicious, varied, and filling. Spa facilities are relaxing and well-maintained.

Coffee and spa treatments are relatively expensive compared to other options in the area.
